ABOUT DEVLIN CUES

I began making cues in 2010, learning and crafting in my spare time, mainly making for friends. In recent years I've felt my work is of a standard to show off a little more and now is the time to get Devlin Cues out to a wider audience.

I enjoy creating any design, but especially the "jazzy" ones with brightly coloured veneers and exotic woods. So, if you're interested in a fully bespoke snooker, pool or Chinese 8-ball cue get in touch.

I have owned several custom cues however, few have felt as personal as the Devlin I purchased in 2019. Scott talked me through my options, examples of how the cue will look and potential drawbacks. Once the cue was finished, we tried different combinations of tips to find which worked best, the service you receive is truly personal.

Connor approached me wanting a new cue made to the exact weight, balance, tip and butt size as the cue he was currently using. It had to be a 3/4 cue and was made with 4 splices of Ebony with white veneers on the butt.

Connor is now competing at the highest level, having played World Championship Qualifiers in July 2020, the English Open 2020 and also the Snooker Shootout in Feb 2021. Wishing Connor all the best with all his future tournaments using his Devlin Cue.
